Event access information

Please collect your access badge for the event from the Speaker and VIP desk located in the reception of the Steigenberger Wiltcher’s. The desk will be open an hour before the event starts and throughout.

VIP Area

Located on the first floor is the VIP area. Here you can find a VIP lounge with refreshments which you can use at your convenience throughout the event.

You will also find make up artist Ana Jepsen here who can provide any last minute touch ups at your convenience. 

There are three meeting rooms which are bookable. Please reserve rooms here.

VIP Lunch

A private lunch will be served on both days in the Belvedere Room. This can be found upstairs in the VIP area at the end of the first corridor on the left. This will be well signposted.

Lunch serving times:

25 February: 12:00-14:00

26 February: 11:30 – 13:30

VIP Seating

Exclusive front-row seating will be reserved for all VIP guest. Dedicated signage will clearly indicated the VIP seating area and event staff will be available to assist you finding your seat.

WiFi

There is Wifi on site available using Wiltchers Meeting, Password is Hotel4321

Photographs

Professional photographers will be present across the event and will be uploading a selection of photos to this album. A wider selection will be made available on the same link shortly after the event concludes.

Gala Dinner

If you are joining us for the Gala Dinner on the evening of 25 February, we are pleased to welcome you to the Théâtre du Vaudeville. The dinner will take place from 18:30 to 22:00.

Please note the dinner is by invitation only and due to limited capacity we are only able to welcome those with a direct invitation. We ask that you confirm your participation to the team at your earliest convenience.

If you have any dietary requirements and have not yet informed the event team, please notify them by 16 February at [email protected].

The dress code for the evening is optional black tie.


Transport for dinner

A complimentary shuttle service from the entrance of the Steigenberger Wiltcher’s to venue will be in place. Shuttle departures are scheduled for 18:00, 18:10, 18:15 and 18:25, with return services leaving the venue at 21:15, 21:30, 21:45 and 22:15. A clearly signed meeting point will be located at the entrance of the Steigenberger Wiltcher’s, where event staff will be on hand to provide support and assistance. On the return journey, a designated meeting point will be clearly indicated at the venue, with event staff again available to support guests.

If you would like to use this service, please let the team know at [email protected], you do not need to confirm a specific time but this information will help with planning. 

Guests who prefer to arrange their own transportation should be dropped off at ibis Brussels Grand Place. From there, a short walk will lead you to the Galleries Royales Saint-Hubert, where the theatre is located in the gallery. Clear signage, a red carpet arrival and event staff will be in place to guide you every step of the way.

We have secured a block of rooms at the event venue, the Steigenberger Wiltcher’s. This five-star property is available at a preferred rate of €249 per night, inclusive of breakfast. Please let us know if you would like us to finalise a reservation.

Ground Transportation

To ensure a seamless arrival, whether you are organising your own travel or would like us to support, please share your travel itinerary and flight details at your earliest convenience. Please note travel costs are not covered by DIGITALEUROPE.

Parking

The Stéphanie – Louise (Wiltchers) parking lot is located directly under the venue with an EV charging station.

You may expect to pay around €28 per day or €2.50 per hour. Please note that rates may vary.

The Steigenberger Wiltcher’s restaurant is the Loui Restaurant, open from 12pm – 10pm (last order).

Colonel Louise – Open Monday – Saturday. Lunch service 12-13:30 and for dinner 19:00-21:30

Osteria Romano – Open Tuesday – Saturday, 18:30-23:30.

Senzanome –  Open Monday, 19:00 – 21:00 | Tuesday to Friday 12:00  – 13:30 & 19:00 – 21:00.
